Corn silk is one of those resources used for many, many years as a natural folk remedy worldwide.

How to prepare a tea:
Put 2 tablespoons of chopped corn silk in a cup of boiled water, cover it and let it stay for 15 minutes. If you don’t like the taste of it, add some natural honey sugar. Consume this tea 2 or 3 time daily.
How to make an alcohol tincture:
Just put chopped corn silk in a small jar, and fill ¼ of the jar. Put high proof alcohol, like vodka and fill the rest of the jar. Keep the jar in a dark and cool place for 6 weeks, and shake it from time to time. Consume this mixture couple of times a day, ¼ or ½ of a teaspoon. Also, if you want to sweeten the taste, add raw honey.
