Use Two Ingredients From Your Kitchen and Make Your Feet Look Nice

Your feet are incredibly important to your well being they are like the pillars of your body and take the most impact from the day.

Daily wear and tear makes them suffer more than other body parts, socks, shoes, dry feet, sweaty feet, cracked heels, tired feet and that’s the normal stuff without the blisters, ingrown toe nails and bunions.

They are easy to hide so sometimes it’s easy to forget about them too if they are not causing you pain.

It’s really important that you look after them but it doesn’t have to expensive or require trips to the salon. You can do it at home for cheap.

Simple home made care baths can reinvigorate tired feet and remove the dry skin to keep your feet happy, you smiling and confident to show them off when you have to take your shoes off!

It’s super easy all you need is

  • 1 bowl big enough for your feet
  • 2-4 cups of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 scrubber

Heat the milk gently so it’s not too hot and add the baking soda, put your feet in for 5-10 minutes, then scrub each foot well. Rinse with warm water and then apply some foot moisturizer to nourish your feet.
